Hello Justdial,

After raising my concern to stop ECS on 7-mar-2017 through an email to justdial , till now my concern is not resolved. Congratulations to the Justdial team for dodging my concern by trying to convince me with irrelevant reports generated by your system. Mrs Annapoorna was assigned as the concerned person to address our issue. But she being an irresponsible person, just hangs up on me saying that she will call me back within 30 minutes. And this 30 minutes has extended to 25 days.
Myself being an entrepreneur is very difficult for me to stand behind you guys everyday to get my concern resolved. I cannot waste my precious time on such petty matters because I too have a business to run. When I already made my request so clear to you guys, why do you keep dodging my concern. Meanwhile you already deducted this month's fee of Rs 9048.
