I was continusely getting calls from just dial to register with them to expand my business. Their executive assured me that i will definitely get minimum 10 queries a day for my life time package that would cost me rs 17700 as thecompany receives more than 1.5 crore queries a day. I believed on them and paid online transaction of rs 17700 on 5th september 2018 but company didn't send me any invoice for my payment records. It's september 18 now i didn't receive any genuine quiery all i received were irrelevant 15-16 queries in last 13 days. I contacted thrice to the customer care executive but they failed to explain me. I mailed twice to the company to refund my money but got no response from them. I am highly disappointed please help me in getting my money back.

I mailed to [protected]@justdial.com but it failed. I paid them 17700 instant and now when I'm not satisfied and want to end the contract have to go through many process is it good? Just dial executive says they can't help me. When your marketing officer has right to get money from a customer and make them enter into a contract then why don't they have power to resolve the problem of the customer. Why I am being made to contact different officers, sometime they transfer calls to other executive, some times to manager and then asks to mail on different help id s of the company?? It's my money.. Why I'm being harassed by justdial and it's officers for getting it back. It's only 13th day of my contract and in all those 13 days I have called customer care more than 7 times and have mailed thrice. I don't want to continue my package or contract with justdial. My registerd number is [protected].
I want my hard earned money back. Asap
