[Resolved] JustDial.com — fraudulently charging of ecs | |||||
Just dial representative has cheated us.in dec 2017 we made two months payment to them rs 7080. The representative said only if we are satisfied with the kind of leads we get they will charge us. However, from january 2018 onwards we were charged rs 3540. Despite various emails to just dial they have refused to stop the ecs. We have told them we do not wish to continue and now they inform the ecs will run for 9 months. This is clear cut cheating, no document with terms and conditions were shared by the just dial team before starting of the services. And now, they cite all kind of terms and conditions.
