1. I am a serving army officer with 24 years of service. My phone no is [protected] is registered with just dial. 2. Today, (18 april 2018 at about 1:16 pm) i called just dial to find out details of people who can put a readymade cement/concrete compound wall for my house at bannerghatta road, opposite gopalan mall. 3. The lady who attended me had a thick south-indian accent. I stated my requirement and she verified all the details. 4. Then she told me to rate my previous request about karnataka vet & animal fishery science university. I did not understand whether i have to rate the university or the services provided (Phone number). 5. While replying, she used harsh tone which is unbecoming of a lady to a customer. I request that the recorded conversation be scrutinized and appropriate action be taken against her. She has not revealed her name. Was this information helpful? | |||||
