I Joby K P, Managing Director of Lazzaro Aviation Academy, would like to bring to your attention that I have been promoting my brand through Just Dial search engine under the plan POSITION over the last few months. Due to the Covid -19 Lock down, the subscription to the above plan could not be continued.
Unfortunately we found that our web content, campus photos, student photos have all been switched to one of the competitors ie., Skyfy institute without our consent . To be precise when Lazzaro Aviation Academy is entered it automatically leads to the competitors site with our web content, campus photos etc.
We definitely believe that whoever behind this dirty tactic would have financially gained by diverting our business, year of reputation to our competitors advantage, and we are not happy about it.
Therefore we would like you to investigate this issue and take necessary actions immediately, otherwise Lazzaro Aviation Academy will be forced to move forward legally. This is not a doubt is an infringement of the advertising policy from a personal search engine like yours, no one expect such kind of malicious foul-play.
We look forward to your replay and a resolution to the above addressed issue as soon as possible. If not with all the evidence in hand Lazzaro Aviation Academy’s lawyers will move forward legally.
