[Resolved] JustDial.com — jdpay kyc not completed yet | |
I updated my jdpay kyc details two months back. And i received money ₹500 from my customer after kyc i. E. On 1st sept 2018. But that amount was not credited into my bank account. It showing the pending. Order: idbpa2z3u2 Payment status: Please upload kyc to receive the amount in your bank. I contacted jdpay costumer service but they are saying the paytm bank is not supported by them. So please send the another bank statement to [protected]@justdail.com. But the mail is not going to that mail id. I again called them and they said same mail id. Same problem. Then i again called me. This time they given new mail id which is [protected]@justdail.com but now also same. Mail is not going to it. It is almost one month. Please consider it. Why i need to send mail like this. You have an option in mobile app. But there you disabled change option. Please consider my request and approve my kyc as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
