[Resolved] JustDial.com — just dial agent tell me to free subscription but they are charging me for account

Just dial agent come to survey and tell me free subscription for my shop now i realize this agent is made me paid subscription
But now i can't cancel this but customer care executive told i cannot cancel ecs for 1 year 8 want to cancel ecs contract just dial agent tell me wrong name and ask me for otp and made ecs for 1 year i got fraud by just dial company for 2nd time
