[Resolved] JustDial.com — just dial employee started ecs in my bank account with out my consent | |||||
Mohd raza just dial employee.. Visited my hotel in andheri east.. I wasn't interested in going in for the contract.. He still demanded a cheque of 16000 and said will not deposit till i'm fully convinced.. I didn't put the date and called him one fine day and said i'm not interested please return my cheque.. But he instead put the date on it for the next day and deposited it to convert his sale for commission purpose.. I didn't realize till the cheque bounced twice and finally when i realized i stopped the cheque.. Now without accepting the initial amount and esc is started in my account from december till today.. Yesterday 8500 was debited from my account towards ecs to just dial.. All i want is to stop this ecs get my money back and take action against such wrong doing.. Sales people at some point don't realize what the customer really wants.. But just to get their commissions go to such extends.. Can just dial improve my credit rating and cibil score..
