[Resolved] JustDial.com — just dial sales executive & customer care | |||
Alok (Sales Executive of Just Dial) informed me at the time of registration that if in future i need to close my JustDial service it will take around 1 one month. Now when I spoke to customer care they are saying it will take 3 months to close the service & till 3 months I have to pay for my service regularly. Even the customer care support is not appropriate. Finally, my ECS is now stopped by JustDial side & they mailed me for the same. JustDial.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
