I registered my mother's business on just dial for a some yearly plan, however i within 3 days of registration of 87000/- i requested them to cancel my plan and refund my rs 21000/- and monthly emi of approx 7000/- they are giving me replies like now we cannot do it and that i will have to keep on paying the emi which i do not want to continue.
Inspite of calling the company so many times and the executive pratik gavli who signed me up im getting the same response. Why are they forcing me to pay when i'm absolutely not happy with their services. And now they have started deducting emi from my debit account inspite of asking them to stop. This is harrassment and forcefully looting money.
