IM SURE MANY ARE FACING THIS ISSUE WITH JUSTDIAL, SO LETS GET TOGETHER TO GET THIS CHEATING JUSTDIAL TO MAKE ITS ECS SYSTEM. Hi, I am Krishna Kumar and I registered my business on just dial in on[protected]. As per the executive that visited me (named Naveena), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 1 month on a payment of 19, 390/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. I have clearly told him that I have faced problem with justdial before that No proper service was given to me and if incase I dont receive proper leads I will cancel the server at any time, the executive accepted to cancel it and do any changes, also he promised me of 200+ leads/ day which was unbelievable but I saw the previous 2 months report and it was giving the same report, hence I trusted it and took the higher package plan thinking that whenever I want I can cancel the ECS. Also I told him that if the leads are not proper we need to change the category as we did it in earlier contract. Within 3 days there was no proper leads and I continuously asked him to change the category as per discussion that we had earlier and now it's more than 10 days not even single conversation happened or most of them are not valid leads. I called just dial customer care, I wrote to them many times and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount & every month. I informed that I was told that it can be canceled any time, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year or atleast 3 months notice should be given as per the contract I signed. In additional, I received the soft copy agreement from Justdial, I replied that I dont agree to the terms & conditions and there is no reply for same too. And when I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it. The worst part is, not received proper leads not even single conversion happened (They have all records they can check from their side too) even after investing Rs.20000 and they wont stop ECS untill 3 months and in another 1 week they will send another Rs.19390 ECS debit. We have signed into just dial for Mahindra Generator Dealer on[protected], the payment also made thro cheque. although the lead yet not started, if you can start gently at-least today on wards. otherwise simply refund my amount to the same account, if you are not capable.
