[Resolved]  JustDial.com — Justdial share my number with their business partner without my permission

I did call just dial on 11th april 2017 to get some numbers of international courier. Which the agent very efficiently did the needful. Once i hung up my phone of continuously receiving call back to back. Where i would have received approx 55 calls in 40 mins. All these calls where from different courier service agents who provide international courier service. When i exquired from one of them how come they have my number. I was given to understand that just dial has shared my number with all the agents.

I was surprised to know how can just dial share my number in a public forum. I am registered with trai for dnd. When i asked the jd agent why was my number circulated among their business partners. I was given to understand its their company policy.

As per my understanding trai has set guidelines no organisation is authorised to share numbers with out the permission of the customer.

When i was taking went against trai rules and shared my number with all their business partner. Where i have received approx 25 calls in last 10 min.

They have shared my number with out my permission, when enquired the agent from justdial why have they done so. The response was this is justdial policy.

Just dial does not follow rules of trai.
