[Resolved] JustDial.com — Misinterpretation of information and false promises

This is regarding the visit of justdial executive who had misinterpreted the terms and conditions for advertisement on their site for my outlet. I have issued cheque no. 00004 for Rs. 4600/- for advertisement for 2 months.
Later on confirmation call from your company I have clearly refused to continue, but my said cheque has got presented in my bank. I have contacted their call –centre many times to stop the above transaction and further ECS but no action has been taken.

Now they are refusing to return the money stating that nothing can be done now
Further I have received a SMS today that an ECS will also present in my above a/c on 15.05.2017.
This was not expected from such a reputed concern
