Hi,
I have a business at just dial on dec, i was not getting the lead they have promised me, on dec 26th without any notification they have taken the ecs without notification through mail or message or call which was suppose to be taken at 1st of jan. They called me up convinced me that they will solve the issues and mr monahar from justdial was suppose to come and solve the issues he didn’t even bother to call me up, i tried complaining 2 to 3 times never got a satisfactory response and didn’t even call me solve the issues. And the i switched off ecs as they have option at their website i was afraid that they might take ecs anytime so i started keeping my balance nill, yes they did try this time too. Without any notification again bang not sufficient balance ok again did not even bother to call and enquir, again i switched off ecs in their website, instead again after 3 day 50% bang same not enough sufficient balance. Today i am going to bank to complaint about this and even i am stepping to consumer court, for your the worst service justdial. Am damn sure this complaint doesn’t even make any difference to you.

Again the is not solved. You promised me that after 24hrs I will get the updated lead, it’s been 30+ hours still no changes. Please solve it asap. Am submitted the stop ecs request to the bank.

On 21 January I booked ticket of train from justdial and it proceeded to payment and 885 amount cut as shown tickets are booked but after that it get cancelled and they said the 885 will deposit in your account within 7 days but still I didn’t got any money so please do early as possible to refund my money
HI even after the numerous complain about stoppage of ecs the customer care is ignoring . I have been cheated by the justdial executive because he did not inform about the contract before.
I told justdial to stop my ecs services from january2018 but they not doing .they not taking my request to cancel the service.All calls from justDail is fake and useless one .they were charging for useless service.they charged from my minimum balance and made me charged penalty. my business is closed
