[Resolved] JustDial.com — name change without informing client | |||
Th I started my JD account on November, I was misinformed about my packages, if you want you can cross verify your call records..now iam not here to point out those... Past is past..iam adjusted to those... The issue is, My cmpany name was Paul & Shini Associates, few days before, JD itself changed my name to Paul Shini Associates, without any information regarding the name change.. When i contacted customer care, they are saying that, '&" symbol cant be processed... iam not getting the point that, how, they can tell me that reason when the name was correct till 10th of February.(I have notived it on 10Th ) I cant allow theese activities.. if it is not possible, they cancel my account and stop my ECS, now i doubt that, i might have missed several enquiries as the name to the public was diffferent from the name which i was given... I need a solution for this...Otherwise i will forced to move legally... inorder to advice you people to provide the clients a good customer care executives, an agent who comes to collect the names and cash, and inorder to be truthfull towards the society, not by cheating the clients by giving fake commitments.
