[Resolved]  JustDial.com — neither providing lead nor cancel my ecs.

I have my paid listing on just dial. Since last 15 days I am not getting any single lead. I am trying to call to sale person ( Neha Tripathi and Shivam Gupta). Both are ignoring and manipulating. Even now not picking call.

I called on customer care. Executive transfer my call to responsible team. Really this team was unprofessional and don't know how to talk to a customer who is paying for their salary. She told "Yha to esi hi Hota hai Sir." When I asked to transfer my call to next level then she told " Yha pe main hi hoon. Koi escalation team nhi hoti." After that she disconnected my call.

Now I am in contact to my bank to cancel ECS after 1 month service. And looking my money back for advance month.

Just dial is cheater company thats why they blok you for 1 year and will ask for 3 month or 6 month money in advance. That is because they know that they will not be able to give you service for which you are paying.

Hello Dear,

I already told you that your support team is 4th class. They never don't respect customer. I sent my query on 22 June. Till yet after 10 days their is no response apart form auto response. That is because I asked to stop contract right now and refund advance amount you charged during contract. But looking like your team want to adjust that advance payment to continue your 3rd class service.

I understand now why you have 3 or 6 month advance from customer apart from regular ECS because you can easily force to customer to continue service against to that advance money.

First of all just dial need to understand difference is complaint and feedback. I am here with complaint not feedback. I already send many email and calls on support no. You have 3rd class support team. You are running your business on the cheating only. Can you please share email id of management so I can share my feedback their.
