Dear Mani and Krishnan, I m Registered client of Just dial, (Nx Media- Hyderabad) I have to received a amount of Rs.24500/- thru JDPay.. Which is done at 12:43 - 14:07:2018 My account was not credited with the amount... Instead there was a whatsapp msg by unknown No.[protected] Stating : " Please click on the link below to complete a one-time KYC process by 18th Jul2018 in order to receive your payment for JD Pay order ID:BPF7Y8 (misspelled) HTTP://JSDL.IN/jdPAY __KY: (misspelled) OR call on [protected] and speak to JD Pay support for assistance." I called up on [protected] and speak to JDpay Representative. @ 6:14 pm and asked why my money not transferred to my account its all about 5 hrs. She asked to me submit KYC. I Asked My KYC is already there with U, and Every month ECS is thru with the Same account. she asked for My registered Mobile, I told her i m calling with the same registered number [protected] She said no no Please confirm the registered number I have repeated my number [protected]. The She Asked me about Transaction Id I argued with her u have every detail of Mine lying with you and you are dragging the issue. she replied without Id i cant Help Out I told her in this scenario, I have to disconnect the call and check for it. then i have come from the Starting She replied sorry sir i cant help u without Transaction Id.. I said ok i will Come Back... Phone Disconnect : ( this conversation was of 6m 40s) Again dial[protected] and Call connect time was 6:32 pm Now Rep ASAD answered the call, after listening to the whole story, replied me that " JDpay Department people will be available between (9 am to 6:30 Pm) " argument Continues... all in vain. NOW MY QUESTION : 1. That Money is very Important to me at this point of time.. Why Should I wait to get my money in my account... 2. when my Account Details are already Registered with All KYC Procedure. why again its required.?. all the above the ECS Hits every month with same account... 3. If in case it is required ... why there is no prior reminder or notice issued. 4 Why transaction been Stopped in between and asking about the KYC for... Now i have to wait till next week.. to start and clear off... 5. When customer care is working 24 hours for services, why not for JD Pay... 6. Who is answerable now... 7. How can u play with someone else money. 8. What is Solution for this now. I need that money to get the job done by tomorrow (i.e. sunday) make it ready for monday, for which advanced paid by a client. I m will not be able to do the job without that amount. who is going to answer my client. what if client goes off with the future business. who are going to bear the Losses for Lakhs of Rupees...
