[Resolved] JustDial.com — poor communication & commitments | |||
Hello, I am rohan nagare from "arch interiors", pune we have registered ourselves on justdial portal through some mr. Mehul ([protected]). At the time of finalization of the deal, he told us that you have to pay 3 months advance to start the service amounting 10620/- and this amount will be utilized for the 3 months service. But after our account has activated immediately the amount has been deducted from our account. We tried to contact mr. Mehul but he is not even answering our calls from last 2 months. Which is very unprofessional. The guy from your marketing department was claiming about 3 inquiries/day. But we cant even 1 certified inquiry/day. Sorry to say but this kind of service we were not expected from just dial & we are not happy at all till date. Our register number is [protected] Registered email id is rohan.
