Today i booked two tickets from lucknow to chandigarh in 2 tier ac. Money paid and deducted but booking failed and the refund use code is jdidtbx6n4x6h8u1t3m2. Why it failed and booking cancelled when the amount was paid by internet and deducted from my account. What is the problem? Was there anything wrong with password? If yes then what is my password? My user name was mblal and password is bihari as per my record. Mobile is [protected]. Pl expedite the result and what i have to do with rebooking?
