[Resolved] JustDial.com — refund of extra ecs you deduct double | |||
I updated my listing to top as per your representative described my that after updating your previous ecs will be stopped and new updated ecs will be activated. But you didn't stop my previous ecs and started cutting new ecs too. So both ecs were debiting from my account. Now after so many mails and follow ups you stopped my previous ecs in jan 2018 (Which should be stopped in june 2017). So i am continuously following you on customer care to refund my extra ecs you cut from my account. Kindly act fast or will go legal. I dont have my time to waste on you regarding explaining the same thing again and again. You have all data, kindly check and refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
