JustDial.com — Service not received despite payment

My business name is vishwakarma freeze point. I took paid service on 18 may 2020.
In-spite of this my business listed on free category. I have complaint many times in this regard but no one take any action.
Frustrated, i have to mail this time. If this time not resolve my issue by just dial then i have to take a proper action.
I hope just dial understand my problem this time.
