[Resolved]  JustDial.com — service received regarding water heater repair

I had called for plumber regarding fixing my water heater from just dial. The plumber named ramesh from marees entrpries; guduvanchery, chennai responded and fixed the heater. He charged rs.2500 for his service.

But just within 3hrs of fixing the water heater started to leak heavily and i was not able to use water heater like before. So i called him and explained the problem. He promised to come and fix the issue, but never turned up so far.

It has been 3 weeks since i have started calling him complaining about his unfinished job. But so far no response. Now i even doubt the quality of the product that he had replaced.

Altogether i have payed rs.2500 and still couldn't get my water heater fixed and not able to use it. And also wasting money, calling him to fix the issue. These people are only keen on taking money from customers and after that never turn up if they have to fix any issue. They absolutely don't care about customer's satisfaction.

I seriously regret for using just dial's service. Just dial company should verify the worker about their ability to work & honesty and only then let them use the just dial service. Otherwise people like me are always going to be cheated and regret using just dial service.

If just dial feels even little bit responsible for the situation i am going through, pls help me and do something about the issue.
