[Resolved] Justdial.com — the service and stop payment of ecs

I have taken the service for 1 tear, now i want to disconnect the service and have been calling the customer service since 2 months, they asked me to call 1 monto before my contract gets over. Now when i called them 1 month before they have always said that we have noted your complain and will disconnect service after 45 days. After disconnecting the call i get email saying as per our discussion and your agreement your service continue's. I must have called them n number of times. Now i got an email saying you have to give us 3 months prior notice which was not told to me when i had called 2 months back.
They are just looters and it's such a fraud company.
I am moving ahead with legal notice to them.
