[Resolved] Justdial.com — they took money from us and didn't provide the services as promised

They have charged us three times in past 2 months which they were supposed to deduct in three months. They also promised us to provide leads based on our business categories but their leads quality is worst and 99.99% leads are either looking for non-relevant services.
Some leads call for amazon customer support or flipkart customer support or massage centre services etc.
When we called them to close our services they gave me some nonsense reasons for one year contract and said, they won't close it. They also gave me some url with terms and conditions which was not mentioned during the payment but they are imposing it on us.
During these days, we called the contact person as well who always gave us false commitments at the same time we also called their customer support and tried changing the business categories also based on their suggestions but that also didn't help us.
Can you please help me solve the problem? They are deducting the money continuously from our bank account so we will have stop the monthly ecs for the time being.
