Iam the owner of M/S Metro Telecare Virar West was signed agreement with JustDial. Without my knowledge they renewed the agreement and debited ECS every month even after my continuous mail regarding to cancel my agreement and stop ECS. But no any action taken from JD. Last year on Sept'19 i was resigned from Samsung and shutdown my business from that location and requested many times to remove posting from your site. But till now no any action taken. To stop ECS i closed that account. JD is only looting money. their agents are not bothering to solve complaints. Their only aim is to loot new customers by signing renewable contract without knowledge of customers.
