Hi team, This is regards to just dial register number [protected]. We have tried to reach just dial multiple time to stop ecs but it is surprising that as we are getting continuous email that saying as "as per our recent discussion.., your ecs stands continued" Also we have contacted ecs team (Spoke to bhavana) again today regarding the same but there was no solution provided yet. Request you to please help us on getting below services from just dial 1) need to process to stop ecs service at earliest 2) need some help as we are trying to reach multiple times local marketing person but no response yet. 3) requested agent to transfer call to senior or floor supervisor/manager but not transferred. 4) same has been informed to just dial customer and ecs team but no solution provided yet. We have taken contact from just dial for Carpenter work and we have taken service from a Guy Called Syed - [protected]. Where he had cheated us in terms of agreed quality and finished. Now, from last 7 months we are running behind him for re-work which he keep promising and doing nothing.
