Upon posting this complaint on this forum, i also made a call to customer care and asked them to stop the contract and thereby forbidding the ecs deductions. I was given a verbal reply by your executive that it will takes a months time for cancelling it.
Today, just mins ago, i got another ECS deduction receipt via mail.
INV no: KA0518SE01633583 DT 2/5/18.
This is looting in broad daylight!
