[Resolved] JustDial.com — wrong contract by justdial.com | |||
Dear team, Greetings of the day! This is regarding the ongoing contract which i don't want to continue with justdial.com as your executive anil angari duped us and tricked me to sign on your documents and didn't gave us time to read the terms & conditions properly and verbally told us that this is monthly subscription not annual, and made me sign on the spot on those documents, as we were not willing to get into any contract with your company so he suggested us to take a trial package for a month at inr 3550/- and took the payment by cheque. It was the whole scenario & we trusted your brand and didn't gone through the mail we received from justdial.com due to hectic schedule as it is my new business venture. A few days ago i received message from justdial.com that amount of inr 3550/- will be auto debited from my account. When i tried to contact your executive anil angari then he didn't responded to my any call. That means he duped me and don't want to face me. So i lost trust on justdial.com that's why i want to discontinue this contract which we didn't understand & please do the needful and get it done immediately.
