[Resolved] Justickets — Money debited but tickets not booked

I have booked 4 tickets for Khaidi 150 for Ambica theatre in Mandapeta. I have paid the money through debit card payment and I have even received the message stating " SYN- INR 661.41 debited to A/C No. ******1 on[protected]:28-for POS txn at[protected]JUSTICKETS65100-CITRUS PAY JUSTIC" but i have not received any confirmation of tickets booked. My movie pass account is not showing details of this transaction too...HELP REQUIRED!!! REFUND MY MONEY...trying to get through your customer service number but no one is responding...This is my first experience that became the worst with you...
