[Resolved] Justickets — refund amount issue | |||||
On 5th nov 2018, i've booked four tickets for sarkar movie in visakhapatnam (Sangam theatre) through g-pay. The amount has been debited from my account but the ticket confirmation has not received. I've been asking about this issue to your customer care for a week till now but they are dragging it week by week. I want my total refundable amount of 536/- as soon as possible The customer care guys are saying that they have already initiated from there side (Referring the refund transaction number) but i didn't receive any amount till now If you guys don't do it quickly then i am going to give an online complaint against you guys as i am frustrated asking you day by day that too for the past one week. I tried booking s2cinemas nellore everytime it says try after some time. it says that the booked seats are not confirming
