I booked tickets in just tickets for the Telugu movie rangasthalam on 5th April evening 5.30 pm show with id M8E6ZWYP for 6th april show in Sri lakshmi narasimha theatre visakhapatnam but due to emergency health problem I joined family in hospital so didn't watched the movie.
Is there any way to get ticket refund as it
