[Resolved]  Justickets — tickets nothing to bookings

I have a booking in ticket in mangalam cenimas 14 january 10.30 show my payment is transfer but tickets not sent to messages my payment transfer reference

Justickets Booking S0R33B7S for F2 (U/A) on 18 Jan 2019, 09:30 PM at Nartaki Movie Max, Nartaki. Balcony: J1, J2, J3, J4, J5, J6. This theatre requires a printout of your ticket. Please note that you will be required to present it upon entry.

I was booked move ticket wrongly on 18/01/2019 but actually we r plan for today so please refund my money to my account ticket details Justickets Booking S0R33B7S for F2 (U/A) on 18 Jan 2019,
