[Resolved] Justickets — Tickets purchased but no response or ticket issued to me | |||||
I have booked the tickets for Bahubali 2 movie in sadana theatre, Arsikere. Ticket confirmation message and email I have received. I went to theatre 1 hour before the show started. But no one at the theatre knows about the online booking for the tickets. I spoke to the customer care of the just tickets.in they are also not sure what to do and informed me to send the email for the enquiry. No response is given until now. The thing is that i had booked baahubali tickets in justtuckets.com but the thing is that money was deducted from my debit card but the ticket was not at all booked. I want my money back . Please respond quickly what the decision you take to solve my problem. Plzzzzz sir respond quickly
