This is in complain to the mishandling and fooling customer for services made to my device. I had given my device htc one m8 on 6th july 2017 with no problem other than the screen which was damaged and the earpiece being faulty.
Post which i got the phone repaired with these parts being replaced and given to me in a week but the phone was not given back in the condition i had given. The phone was stuck on the logo when it was started and when the issue was raised the concern store manager at kukatpally asked me to try to use it for 1 days or so.
I had resubmitted the phone with order number w210903 and with a new screen guard of tempered glass dated[protected].
I have received a call regarding software flash and i gave my consent for the same.
Due to delay in the logistics the phone took 12 days to reach to me and the phone screen guard was broken which cost me 400 inr, but now my wifi does not work and i am not sure what else problem has been made to my phone.
I would be elevating this issue to the consumer department as this is utter fooling the customer and not getting the problem rectified but creating more and more problem. Was this information helpful? |
