On the 15Th of April(Saturday), I had given my iPhone 6s to JustLikeNew for screen repair. Their site had also promised two day delivery for this service, and I was eager to receive it as soon as possible. On the contrary, I received my device four days later on the following Thursday. Upon checking it I found that the touch sensitivity of my device was faulty, and that numerous keys were being pressed at once, and scrolling was lagging. I immediately sent an email to which I got no response, after which I called them and scheduled for another pickup under warranty. They came the next day(Friday) and delivered on Monday. The problem still existed, along with a faulty home button as well, and my proximity sensors weren't working either. I resent the device, as well as several emails asking for better services. Another pickup was scheduled after which I got calls asking what the issue was. By this point, my patience was wearing thin, but I still tried to remain polite. After repeatedly horrible service, I asked for an immediate refund along with my device the same day. I didn't receive the device. I have finally received it on Friday, the 28th of April. What was promised to be two days has taken 13. Apart from this delay, my touch sensitivity, home button, and proximity sensors do not work. My device is glitchy. On calling the customer care number on the 28th itself, they said that they would make sure that I receive a call from the Bangalore office. I have not received any calls, nor has anyone picked up my countless phone calls. I have reached my saturation point and would like a refund, as well as compensation for the damage caused to the software of the device, since JustLikeNew is liable for the damage.
