I had recharged of rs. 479 on 11/07/2017 as this date was a last day for recharging for dish tv vc no.[protected] and yr order no. Dq[protected] for successfully recharged was received. The same amount was deducted fm my a/c. But the amount was not received by dish tv as i have confirmed from dish tv. Action may kindly be taken in this regard and resolve my problem. Did a recharge for tata sky on 18/6/2017. A total of ₹5000 which has been deducted from my bank account but the amt wasn't credited to my tata sky account. Furthur on contacting them at their support email id they are again and again asking me to contact my bank instead its totally their fault. I hope they resolve it quickly or else strict action.
Mobile number: [protected], Order No is MQ[protected], I have recharged for Rs 301, for my Jio sim, the status in Just recharge it is written as " recharge successful ", but till now Jio has not received the payment . and the data is not activated. Kindly do the needful
