JustRechargeIt — payment in process, but not refund it

sir, I gopal chandra mandal my email id "[protected]@gmail.com" my jar balence was Rs.194.00. I have recharge Rs.200.00 in my mobile no.[protected], recharge card no.MN[protected] payment inprocess. It is not sucessfully. So Rs 194.00 refund to my jar card and other recharge card no.MN[protected], MOBILE NO. [protected], recharge amount Rs.31.00, Both amount not refund to my JAR CARD.So kindly refund my both amount and deposite in my JAR CARD,
