I ordered an iPhone 8 plus via a site called junta store. I had personally chatted on WhatsApp and was assured with return policy as well as the guarantee. I was delivered with a different product : iPhone X, which is a clone and is not even working. My 17000 rs is in loss. Kindly help.
Ever since, I have tried to contact the owner and mailed several times but in vain. The product is entirely new but the sellers do not help in the after sales services as they claimed before. Please help.
