24 garments were sent for Dry cleaning & have received only 23 back. A very expensive cardigan is missing & nobody is giving me an answer to where has it gone. I have been following up past 30 days but no response from customer care or the shop owner.

    HI, I had given my expensive woolen carpet for dry cleaning. They made promises of doing a great job and convinced me to give them.
    After their activity (which is definitely something else but DRY Cleaning, the colors have bled in the carpet. it lost the texture. This carpet was hard and thick and could only be rolled and now it can be folded like a bed cover. IT has lost its texture, color everything.

    My point is being a reputed company and being in this business, they should have returned the carpet without cleaning if they had even a little doubt. They confidently went ahead and ruined my carpet.

    I have given them the store address where the carpet was bought from and my ask is to replace this with a new one. They are just sitting on the complaint and saying we dont have such policy.

      This is a formal complaint lodged against Fabric Spa vide ID # 190279 for laundry services. I have been a regular customer for more than six month in your Akshayanagar store. In this particular instance, my 8 clothes contains of 4 Sarees, 2 Blouses & 2 Gents silk Kurta, were picked up for a scheduled wash on 19th November 2018 and the concerned department was supposed to deliver it after a week. It's 19th Dec today. i got my 4 Sarees & 2 Blouses back but despite of having placed multiple calls with them, I am not getting my 2 Gents kurta back. Both the Kurta's were branded one by Akriti & Fabindia & new one, just purchased in Sept 2018 itself.

      Even they have made wrong entry of my clothing which they have received. After repeated phone calls are amounting to nothing, except empty promises and more frustration. Please help if you can.

        Dear sirs,

        I am a senior citizen residing at 116, 42nd cross, 2nd main 8th block jayanagar, bangalore 560070 and my mobile number is [protected].

        One of your units is next door to my residence and this outlet is creating a public nuisance by throwing litter on the street corner. They must instead hand over their garbage to the bbmp pourkarmikas or to the garbage truck when it visits our locality. I have advised and warned your personnel in your unit about their undesirable activity but they are continuing to persist in disposing off garbage in your branded shopping bag on the street corner and this garbage spreads throughout the street. This is not only a public nuisance but is also against the bbmp rules and such action can attract penalties.

        Please immediately advise your personnel in the said unit to stop throwing garbage in the street forthwith.

        If they do not stop this practice, we will be constrained to complain against your unit to the bbmp and take up the matter with the local corporator, apart from filing a police complaint as a public nuisance case.

        Please take immediate action against your personnel to avoid unpleasantness.

          I had given a jacket for dry cleaning a few days ago and today when i received it i was shocked to see the quality of service offered by the team at fabricspa. It had completely faded, i dont know how one can go wrong in dry cleaning. The irony being that your tag line says "The Art Of Fabric Care. Perfected.". When you guys dont know the first thing about perfection why do you even try to do it. The Jacket has lost its life, its color and everything. One more reason to give the jacket for dry cleaning was that it was dirty. Even a secnd grade student can clean it better that you people at Fabricspa. Utter Disappointment. Extremely rash, careless, irresponsible, imperfect. The customer id is F[protected] and the invoice number is INVF[protected], The EGRN No is EF[protected]. The jacket was given to Fabricspa located in kundalahalli gate, bangalore.

              Did not wash properly in first time and gave it for rewash, not returned till now. Now the festival is over without the curtain . No contact details and mail ID to complain. One no. Is there but nobody gives a proper response Don't know what to do...

                I had submitted 3 blankets for dry-clean in the month of Feb / Mar. My registered mobile number in Fabric SPA is [protected]. the blankets got delivered and one of the blankets delivered was incorrect. Instead of a double bed blanket it was single bed blanket. We figured that couple of weeks later when we opened up the lot of blankets. the code on one of the blankets(in the lot) the details of the blanket 1. double bed blanket 2. colour is brown 3. the code on the slip / tag is 2250880 or 2250879 other code on the tag is FD 06 D2D H S R FD 06 ITS BEEN MORE THAN 4 MONTHs and blanket is still misplaced. NO-ONE reverting on the incident despite numerous calls and follow-ups.

                  I had given a set of 12 silk curtains with grommet rings to the Fabricspa in Indiranagar for dry cleaning, the price quoted was off the price sheet Rs12/sqft. The person at the front desk took one of the curtains to go measure it and I saw that he was laying a light cream colored curtain down on the floor to measure it. Upon questioning, I was told that they didn't have a measuring tape and were using the floor tiles to measure the curtain!! Given the price being charged per item, this seemed completely absurd! Every tailor, or fabric store I have been to has a measuring tape to measure fabric. I't appalling that a store that claims to be on the top end for dry cleaning and charges a pretty high rate for dry cleaning doesn't keep a measuring tape on hand and lays the fabric out on the floor to measure based on tile size, thereby adding more dirt to the item needing cleaning!! Finally after measuring and calculating I was told that the total would be Rs3528 for all the curtains (rs252/curtain). This seemed clearly way too expensive and when I mentioned this and was about to leave the store without placing the order, I was suddenly told that there was a surprising 20% discount for the day!!! This was not advertised anywhere and not mentioned upfront. Anyway I decided to then give my curtains for cleaning at the discount rate. Which was probably the biggest mistake on my part! I brought the curtains in to the store on Sunday 25th of May. I was told that it would be ready on Wednesday 28th May and that I would receive an SMS once the curtains were ready. Since I had not received an SMS by the 28th, I went to the store on the 29th and was told that the curtains were ready. On checking the curtains I found that more than half the rings had been damaged and/or had fallen off during the dry cleaning process and the curtains looked crumpled and crushed into one single bag (this despite my having requested them to fold them out flat and long and not put them in individual or combined packets). Given the condition they realised they would have to send the curtains back to the "factory" to fix the rings and re-press the curtains. I was again told that they would contact me once the curtains were ready. Again, nothing! So after a few days I called the shop and was told that the curtains were ready. I go to the store and once again find that some of the rings have not been attached properly and have fallen off. The ironing is also not done properly. The curtains have now been folded small (into sari size) and put into individual packets. Again, despite my instructions and request to the contrary. Apparently fabric spa does not check to ensure that the order is complete satisfactorily and to the customer's requirement before handing it off to the customer. There is no quality check!! So now having said that they would check all rings, re-iron and give me the order within a couple of days, I have once again, for the third time! Found that the rings are not all attached properly to the curtain and the ironing is more crumpled than when I gave the curtains for cleaning. It is now the 5th of June. It has been a good 10 days since I brought my curtains in for cleaning. I have gone to pick up the curtains 3 times and found that there has been no quality check before handing it over to me and the rings are still missing on some of them and the pressing has been done inadequately. This service seems very poorly run and managed. There is no transparency in pricing despite the printed price list that they carry. More than anything the customer service and quality of service is hopeless!

                    This is a formal complaint lodged against Fabric Spa Busy Easy laundry services. I have been a regular customer for the last two years. In this particular instance, my clothes were picked up for a scheduled wash on 29th March, 2013 and the concerned department was supposed to deliver it by 9th April, 2013. It's 13th April today and despite having placed multiple calls with them, I am not getting my clothes back and I do not what to do. Repeated phone calls are amounting to nothing, except empty promises and more frustration. Please help if you can.

                      I had given my brand new Van Heusen Leather Jacket (Cost 10K) for dry cleaning in Indiranagar (HAL) branch of SNOWAYS Laundry in Bangalore in the month of Nov-Dec 2010. After a month of several times follow up I got to know that instead of cleaning it they had burnt it in patches by acid and had put additional dirt over it. It was almost damaged and was not in usable state. Then they sent it back to the washing division to retreat again. But again it came back with worse condition than earlier. They repeated the same process of sending back to the washing division several more times, but every time the condition was getting worse. 6 months passed like that. Finally I denied accepting that and they assured of giving COMPENSATION for that but no one ever turned back. I kept on following with and made 1000s of phone calls to several people with Authority representing Snoways....One fine day I called the MANAGER - SIDDU....but got shocked when he behaved so RUDE instead of being guilty, as if he was doing a favor. After a month since then a lady from JYOTHI LABORATORIES named ARCHANA called me and asked to collect my jacket from JP Nagar branch....when I reached there I found it was a REPLACEMENT WITH A SOMEONE ELSE'S USED JACKET....I denied accepting that. Then they never turned back ever since then......NEITHER COMPENSATION NOR JACKET..................In the mean while I changed the city & lost my favorite leather jacket forever.......

                      Guys Let's circulate an email all over in Bangalore and will BLACKLIST SNOWAYS...forever...., so that no else will be a victim of this unprofessional group of people. Their business must be affected...in fact should close down. They are doing monopoly and playing with customers. If they don't respect our hard earned money and don't know how to respect or value a customer, then they must be taught a lesson..... Let's make them realize the power of ordinary people in this e-communication era......

                      LET'S EDUCATE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO REFRAIN TAKING ANY KIND OF SERVICES OF SNOW WAYS.....!!!
                      LET"S GET TOGETHER AND CHARGE THEM AT A TIME & WILL SHUT THEIR BUSINESS DOWN.........!!! HALLA BOL..........!!!

                        Dear sir/madem , i travelled in garib rath express from YPR to KCVL. at that time ,the company called JFSL employe distrubute the single bedsheat along with 1 pillow 1 blanket & charged us Rs 25, any how charges is ok but the behaviour of that guy is soo bad & disgusting ,i herd his name was SHIVAKUMAR.govt & that company have 2 take an action on him ,that's it bleady JFSL company.

                          I have encountered inadequacy of service which I had not previously considered possible, as well as ignorance and stupidity of monolithic proportions.

                          I had given a shirt for Dry cleaning to SNOWAYS (Division of Jyothy Fabricare Services Limited) 7th Main, 12th cross, Mico Layout, BTM 2nd Stage Phone: 32217189 as it had a stain over its pocket. The shirt had three colors in strips form with colors blue white and black pattern.

                          The staff member of SNOWAYS told me if the stain is not removed then the shirt will be returned back. For which I agreed for.

                          When I came and collect the shirt I found the shirt to be DAMGED i.e. the color of the shirt was completely removed and it has became pale yellow in color completely and the stain was there as it was.

                          After which I refused to accept the shirt as it was COMPLETELY DAMAGED.

                          I then contacted SNOWAYS so called to be Manager naming Mr. Dinesh (mobile [protected]) and he took around 7 days to turn around and replied me that

                          “It is SNOWWAYS negligence and SNOWWAYS shall paint the shirt back whatever color that I wanted”.

                          For which I didn’t accepted that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the same color back.

                          So then I was then contacted with Manager no 2 Mr. Sidhu (mobile [protected]) which took around 4 days to reply me. and replied

                          “It is SNOWWAYS negligence and SNOWWAYS shall paint the shirt back whatever color that I wanted”.

                          From the damage described above, it is evident that SNOWAYS failed to use that measure of skill and care which is required of SNOWAYS.

                          I therefore hold SNOWAYS responsible for this damage and await a solution to deal with the issue.

                          This is Ashwani from Bangalore, I have given a 4 sets of salwar/Kameez/Scarf of wife for washing in Snoways Laundry Chikkalsandra branch, Bangalore, with the bill no. 199 on 6th Mar'10. I have only received 2 sets till date, 2 sets are still with them. I think they have lost it and everytime when i call them they come up with some story. Even I spoke to managaer, Mr. Siddu, who does not pick up my call. Initially he was very proactive but now he stopped picking my call.

                          I do not know what to do. Pls. take a stringent action against these guys. They act like professional but they are worst than any other laundry wala.

                          Pls. solve this problem asap.

                          I have a complain regarding them. 3 months back, I gave my curtains to dryclean @ SnowWays Drycleaner Cosmos Mall, Bangalore. They damaged 2 of my expensive curtains. People acknowledge the damage but does not giving any compensation. I am following with them for past 2 months. One of the Manager "Siddu" is very rude. He says do whatever you want to do and do the complain wherever you want but no compensation will be given.

                          i gave my cloths to snoways(kormangala )for dryclean but thy gave me back without making dryclean so i kindly requested to managemment authority to take strict action on washing department and also give power to outlet boys to take action on the washing unit and also management people should vsit outlet twice in week in order to solve the quality realated problms and also provide good customor sevice callcenter to solve the coustomer related problems.and also provide good facility to outlet boys in order to increase their willingness to work.
                          Snoways is perhaps the worst dry cleaners/laundry service that I have ever come across. I gave a brand new jacket worth 5.5K for dry cleaning at their Indiranagar outlet and it came back as a tattered rag today. I do not know what they did with the jacket, but my hard earned 5.5K rupees which I had saved up over 6 months has gone down the drain. I am Raj Mukherjee from Bangalore, an editor by profession. My mobile no. is [protected]. Please do not give any of your clothes to this horrible laundry, else you will never get back your favourite clothes in their original state.
                          I gave one of my expensive silk saree...which was red in color. When returned it had somehow turned black!! They assured that they would take care of it and and thus took it back. After several weeks of calling them up..they returned the saree in a battered condition!! The saree had lost all its grace & shine and had holes in it. They made a completely mockery of the situation by offering me some free coupons as compensation!! They are highly incapable and useless!! Never even go for a trial!
