Jyothy Laboratories Limited — cheque returned due to wrong account no given

Dear sir,
I do hereby bring to your knowledge that a it tax refund cheque amounting rs.1280/- (Vied chq. No: 042562 dt.23.02.2013) issued in my favor with a wrong account no.
So, i had returned the same to your valid address. Till date i haven't received neither the cheque nor any cash transfer for the same.
Details of my claims i am sending all scan copy for your knowledge.
