Jyoti Gas Appliances — issue with newly purchased automatic ignition gas stove with mngl connection option.

I have purchased jyoti gas stove from jyoti gas appliances, old pune-mumbai highway, pimpri showroom on 24-oct-2017. At the time of purchase, it was made clear that we are using mngl. We were told that a small adjustment will be done after purchase by their technician and then there will be no problem.

However, we were quite disappointed as the gas stove started giving ignition problem within a months’ time. The technician came and solved the problem, but it was temporary. After repeated complaints, we were told that this is a normal problem with mngl users. Later, i was told that the technician will come home give you a temporary gas stove and check the existing gas stove thoroughly. But till date, nothing has been done.
Finally, i have mailed them on 18 july 2018 but no action from jyoti gas appliances end.

I am not convinced with it as there are other mngl users who use auto ignition gas stoves and are not facing this problem.
This is completely a wastage of time and lapsing my warranty period.
Need your help to replace a gas stove which should suitable with mngl connection or refund my hard money.
