The # took booking for mumbai airport to ivy estate (Pune) & after reaching pune the driver said he will drop on the way & not at drop address.
After much followup got to know that the one who took the booking communicated the drop address to mumbai office but mumbai office did not communicate it to driver.
Bunch of #.
& none of them is professional, do not know how to talk & never apologetic even after committing mistakes.
