Kaamwalibais.com — complete cheaters

I was promised by the manager of the company reshma that they will be providing a maid and if i'm not happy with her, they will immediately replace her with a new maid. They didn't send me a maid even after i was continously calling them for 3 months. They say we will call you back and never call back, i have told them if they can't do the work atleast give me my money back.. But they are refusing to do so.. They are not providing the maid and not even giving me a refund.
