They do not have nannies only home care workers. Long story short I always had to compromise on what they provided. In the last 7 months they have only provided 3 maids that might our criteria. So what I have understood they have maids however the team reserves good profiles for new customers and shared very few profiles for replacements. Hence post sale service is nada. I will not recommend this service. As the name states they provide Kaam wali bai and none other. No nanny, even then ones they give are untrained.
Worst of all they have us a maid who just wanted us to book her air ticket so she could get ank the job. They do not know these maids. They work with other agents who share with them random profiles.

I am facing same issue. They are not able to provide maid service and now they are dodging my calls everyday when I ask for the refund. This is just outrageous
