Kaff Appliances India — auto-electric ignition

I had recently bought a built-in hob by kaff, model khb60 and i must sat, it is surprisingly amazing! It is designed to look so classy and its features are commendable. Be it the stainless steel dip tray or the auto-electric ignition, it just suits my needs and makes my kitchen look so elegant and stylish at the same time! Thank you kaff! You’re just the best brand for my kitchenware.

bought a kaff product i.e 5 burnerhob NQ 2T 90 BG on 14 May 2019 from Paytm mall.
On 6 Jan 2020 evening, might be due to severe cold, the toughened glass cracked..
on 7th Jan we registered a complaint to kaff with req no[protected].
almost a month is going to pass n our problem didn't get any solution.
