Dear Sir,

I had paid Rs 16, 990/- for a Kaff Kitchen Double SS Sink, Model no. KS 940 DB (R10), Vide Receipt Voucher No. 911 dated[protected].
Your Sales person, Mr Sahadev Das, in Kaff Appliances (india) Pvt Ltd, CC2, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700157, attended to us and to whom we paid the above amount. He promised that that delivery will be done at my residence in 2-3 days time.

Since DAY 1, The hob works fine only on full flame. When it's flame is lowered there is no flame coming out of most of the holes and the service person says Kaff stovesbehaves this way. This is highly risky and I would need a replacement if better model if this is model issue.

I lodged a complaint of hob on 30 may 2022. Despite of several reminders and chat conversations, they don't bother about attend the complaint.
I want to file a complaint against the company

I registered request for service vide service request no.[protected] Dt 11/7/22. I was told to pay 350/- plus gst for service to technician. But technician charged me 1400/- for service and even did not issue gst invoice for it. On enquiring from customer care, I was told whatever he is charging is correct and you have to pay that amount.
I was really grieved to get this response from customer care respresentative.

Chimney KAFF RELDHC-60 Chimney was bought on 27.03.2022 and it was very rubbish product. Please return and solve.

We have purchased KAFF Cooktop from Daksh sales, Bihat, Begusarai (Bihar) on 15th June'22. Serial number 2019 F KC 8638.

We have opened the cooktop on 18th June'22. The auto ignition is not working. We have lodged complains with customer care @ [protected] (Request No.[protected] the same informed to the Dakh sales. 48 Hrs over now, But my issue is unresolved even after reminders & regular follow-ups. I thinks it's outdated...

I'm using a Kaff 4 Burner Gas stove since many years but few weeks back my mother was facing an issue with the burner as more than 2 or 3 burners were not burning at the same time because of some nozzle issue in the back of the burner & also the burner was giving flames or not working on sim. I registered a complaint through Kaff customer service where they sent their executive to look into the matter on the same day of complaint which is...

Pls provide main pcb repair

We have purchased KAFF Cooktop from Girias Bangalore Yelhanka on 25-May-2022. We have opened the cooktop on 26th May. The auto ignition is not working. We have lodged 3 complains with Girias and one techncian came but my issue is unresolved. The product is faulty and not working from day 1. Kindly get me a replacement.

My gas hob’s ingnition is not working on one burner and theres lower flame output on other, made several complants but nobody came or attended. they never attend to complaints and after a few days they themself close it. i will add past 3 complaint numbers here which werent attended to

I raised a complaint for servicing on the registered number on google.

Soon after the service guy called me requesting me to share the location, and called from another number again. Long story short, here are the numbers, , in case any one is genuinely trying to read these emails and help . [protected] and [protected].

I bought Kaff Hob in year 2019 and in last 3 years i have paid enough on hob cleaning, around 3000 rs spent on this.

2. In 2 years only one of the iginititaion point also has been changed worth rs 3000 + spent on that.

3. Alas, in this month, the so called toughened class has been broken, while cooking. No physical damage or bang on was done by user.
Now they are charging 6500+ rs for replacement including service charges.

Phathetic product.
Poor performace.

Will never ever in life time think of buying KAFF products.

N one from company is bothered to check on quality and neither they contact customer to understand the concern.

I recently purchaswd kaff chimney from vijay sales worth rupees 17000 and after 5 days it stopped in between .2 times service enginner came and now he is saying that motor is to be changed.why i changed motor as it is only 15 days o[censored]se.i want my money back.

I had purchased a microwave oven from kaff and it was installed in feb 19, 2022. At the time of installation itself we noticed that the door of the oven was opaque instead of transparent and when asked about it the person/technician replied that it might be nee model. But it is a manufacturing defect and under warranty.

On 26th march 2022, i was sitting in another room when the glass of the kaff chimney installed in the kitchen spontaneously cracked to a thousand pieces. Thank god that no one was around no one got injured. This was dangerous situation where the glass spontaneously broke. It was not in use, the gas was not on.
I called the CC and raised a complaint[protected]. I did get a call from Kaff Chandigarh and subsequently spoke to abhay katyal...

After purchase in 31.10.21, chimney is stop working.I have complain to customer care on 21.02.22.Company representative taken demage motor on 07.03.22.Till date no response about my motor. I have complain 02 times but company not response.

I have raise a service request on 19th of March with service no[protected], and the customer care person told me that the service person will visit within two days, but no one has visited till 5 days and again I called your customer care and they have sent the person on next day and the person visited is unable to solve the problem, and he told that he will visit next day with his senior person and solve the problem, but no one has visited till now and on saturday i have escalated with the senior customer care executive and he promised that he will see that the senior service person will visit on Monday and solve my problem.

But unfortunately no one has visited till now, is this the way u solve the problem by offering worst service from ur end and i will never recommend ur company to anyone, one of the worst after sales service.

but till date waiting for reply and resolution of the issue
