Kaff chimney is very stylish when talking ambiance and keeps the kitchen clean, i can cook effortlessly and without suffocating with smoke. The chimney is working just like new ever since i bought it. This chimney have a strong suction power, very easy to clean and consumes less energy. One more plus point is that it makes less noise which makes it even better. Kaff is a very reliable brand.

    KAFF is quite great brand to try, I just got a cooker hood chimney from kaff and it is very stylish and modern looking plus it fits in my kitchen properly, needs low maintanence and very energy efficient too. Their after sales service is also very good. I would definitely recommend Kaff to my family and friends. This brand wont fool you and it is a trusted brand in market.

      Recommended by a family friend, i bought a built-in hob kh100 4bg from kaff and i am fully satisfied with the unit. It is very easy to clean and have perfect space between burners for utensil placement.
      It looks perfect in my kitchen because of its sleek stainless steel door panel and easy push controls. This is the best product from kaff. I loved it

        I purchased all kitchen appliances hobb, chimney, microwave and oven all builtin, but the installation was extremely poor, and service engineer (So-called) are untrained and have no knowledge of latest appliances. After installation every time i resister my complaint, but expiry of one month they didn't bother to resolve.
        My recent complaint is for the oven (Kf270179 dated 03/10/2018) and it is not being attended. I talked to some mr. Dinesh and premji, but they never attended my call or responded my sms.
        I request all to not to buy such product that doesn't extend any service. Kaff is befooling its customers. Beware.

          Dear sir madam,
          We are utterly surprised by the waiting time for getting the glass top for the hob which gets broken every year atleast once. We have been waiting for two months now to get it repaired and are cooking our food on our old gas stove.
          We are feeling sorry for having bought your product with such after sales service.

          I have been using KAFF's chimney and now I am trying out the oven, it is perfect for my kitchen in comparison of size and looks really nice too. they have a wide variety of ovens to choose from which is the best thing about KAFF. I am really impressed with the KAFF.

            I bought a hob from kaff a year ago, it is working fine and in good condition, it is very safe also. The gas rings are easily cleanable which makes it convenient to use. I am impressed with the product and i would also recommend it to others. The serviceman coming is jovial and is good in his work. It is a known fact good brand company also gives good brand service.

              Very poor response for service call.
              Awaiting spare against service call raised in second week of august 2018. Mr. Venkatesh-nashik service incharge [protected].

              After delay he suggested to contact mr. Vikrant - for spares delivery and delay +[protected].

              Even this had not responded not ack.

              Its disappointing...in a single word from a company and brand kaiff.

                Hi!
                This the worst of all company that i have seen in my life in the entire market. I have an issue going on with them regarding the base 60 chimney not working and replacement of cover or net but no satisfactory response or redressal being made by them till now. The complaint was there with them for sometime and then they stopped giving any update on that.. I am now looking forward to put it on all social media channel as there representative are not helping and commitment made even are not met. I am trying and will complaint about it at different places so that everyone whose trying to buy there products will be saved.

                  I had asked for a kaff hob service for which the charges told was 250 initially than it was told 450 if they do cleaning and servicing. Later the outsourced person told it will be 750 as he has to take it to his shop. Later he called up saying he has to change 2 splinder costs 1200 finally he gave me a bill of 3150. When i questioned he said it’s by mistake one splinder will cost 600 so 1950 is the bill when asked about old part he says it will come by courier. When i refused to pay he asked me to hold 500 is this not cheating from kaff? By just out sourcing they are cheating people.

                    My kaff chimney started malfunctioning when i registered a complaint on the customer care number.
                    Complaint Id: KF241840.

                    It has already been 1 month and the repairmen hasn't arrived, although the customer care executive guaranteed that they will visit within 48 Hrs.
                    after that i have repeatedly called them again and again but to no avail.
                    This kind of service is really substandard, unsatisfactory and frustrating from the company.

                      Kaff Glass Hob busted while my wife cooking dal even some of the part of glass touched her face, its really dangerous if such brand providing low class dangerous product . It can be dangerous if electricity comes to Gas cylinder.
                      So I need the fully replacement from Kaff.

                      I have seen the same complaint raised my someone even with the same model so I believe the issue with this model.

                      Request Kaff to action on this issue immediately .

                        After sales service is poorest possible. Its a lesson to avoid kaff appliances. I was happy with my previous brand.

                        I had purchased a chimney for my house 1 year back & i have been told for after sales services are better then other brands. But kaff turned me wrong completely. After the installation, i have to chase either at the customer care number or the sales representative who dealt with me for the product. According to the first conversation with this sales representative mr. Basistha, on 11th june 2018 he asked me to call on the customer care number to register the service request & i followed the same instruction of his. I spoke to a lady which sound another miserable but i refused her behavior as i was more concern about my product should get service. She said she had raised the request and somebody will call me to fix a date. Now today is 30th june 2018, that someone never turned out. I called up again to the customer care to follow up my request & again some unhappy sound of lady disconnected my conversation that neither my request is registered or neither my number. Now this is something really ridiculous that if company like kaff having the facility to track the customer's request via the request number then where is the request number? Why these customer care cell people afraid to provide request number at the time of the first call. After the call i called basistha again for this feedback and surprisingly now he has the authority to send the engineer. Now my question why these players be specific at the time of information sharing. If there employees or whomsoever it is has the authority to allocate engineers on customer request then why not during my first call?

                        Anyways conclusion, avoid this brand kaff which has poor & pathetic after sales service.

                        My kaff nord gas stove lighter pin is broken, need to b replaced. While cleaning the gas stve and burner the lighter pin broke. Pl repair or arrange to replace it.

                          As per my 1st experience as customer, i had to chase with these people continuously for installation from one week after which its so poor service that the mechanic person just left the pipe outlet as it is... Even though after telling him its not proper.
                          1) the mechanic is too rude and very hurry to move out of the work assigned.
                          2) they are not at all supportive to provide idea... If you have adjusted your module kitchen set.
                          3) the person (Arbaaz ali) - mechanic, manager (Shridhar nalavade) and the dealer (Pravin prabhakar) are very rude in terms of dealing with situation from malad mumbai branch.
                          4) they act like as if they have done some favor on us.
                          5) the clips are not attached so has to keep the wind pipe at one place.
                          6) the main pipe is not left at out side so the warn should pass outside.

                            After sales service is poorest possible. I bought a hob around 3 years ago and its glass broke. For last one month I am chasing these days and they have all the excuses in the world, at first it will come in a week then it will come in next two days and then they say it will come again after a week, I mean it is amazing how they operate their after sales service. There is one mr prem yadav who I believe is in charge of after sales, he full of excuses. When you confront him he stops picking up your phone. If you want to throw away your money only then buy a kaff product. Basically if it malfunction for some reason, you will have to throw it away. I mean it's been more then a month and and compliant is still open, no one is even auditing the consumer complaints to check whether they close on time.

                              We had done amc for kaff stove few months back. The service man which came said all burners are not working fine and he will replace it when they are in stock. He had replaced two of the burners, and two are still remaining. We have been following up with company and the service man for past 3 months, but no response. No one responds to the complaints, no one knows about anything at the call center. The minimum support kaff can provide is to atleast send some person to check the burners. Very poor service and support from the company. There is no uss to do amc, when you get such support.

                                I had brought a gas stove one year back. Since the purchase, it is constantly giving complaints and now one burner has been broken because of the service man mistake. He had attached a mseal to make it attach and he went. Apart from having a service contract no man is attending our grievance. They would ask for useless service charge apart from contact charge and for the mseal.

                                    I had purchased one number of kh60br31 - built in hob from kaff appliances (India) private limited, aynavaram branch, chennai, vide invoice no, chn/17-18/02098, on 13th february 2018.

                                    I regret to inform you that within a day o[censored]sing the product out of the three burners, two burners started producing yellow flame and black smoke fumes produced by the burner on the vessels. The coating on one of the hob is also getting worn out. I had represented the same to their chennai branch many times. Each time they have sent their technician, but of no use. They are not able to rectify the defect. Last time their technician visited on 26th march, repaired the burner, but again within 2 days, it is again producing yellow flame and black smoke fumes are formed on the vessels. The photographs and video, taken on 29th march are attached for your information and records

                                    I did not expect this poor performance from m/s. Kaff appliance, the product has failed to deliver the purpose for what it was purchased.

                                    I have been totally disappointed with the service provided by kaff appliance and would like to inform any customers to have a double thought before purchasing any product from m/s. Kaff

                                    I request the concerned authority to have the product replaced or refund my money as i have been delivered a defective product.
