Kaff Appliances India — chimney problem

i am an interior designer and recommending our client for Kaff, keeping in view that you are one of the old company and your products are good,
but sorry to say that i used one of the good chimney which is very bad quality having unbearable novice level and now stop moving the cover glass ( stooped working),
pls help
