I purchased the dishwasher in 2011 and the power on switch has been giving us trouble since then. It has been replaced at our expense once but the problem continues. I again lodged a complaint in april 2016.in september someone came and informed us that the electronic panel was not working, it was removed and taken. No reciepts were given. I have been calling up the service provider for north india as well as the repair person raj repeatedly but neither has the panel come nor has anyone contacted me. This is causing me a lot of stress and headaches. Either repair the dishwasher or replace with a new unit at the company's expense Was this information helpful? | |
