I have purchased kaff hob from snap deal on august 24 2017. After 15 day for installation a person name harsha came to attain the sevice. He was very irresponsible with the product and which lead to damage of a igniter of one of the burner. When the parcle was arrived it was in the best condition with out any damage but with the technistions mistake it was broken while installing and when we asked him he said he will replace and wrote a complaint letter and the igniter will replace in next 15 days he said later on he collected ₹ 1000 as installation fees
After 18 days we called him back after waiting for 15 days
But the responsible person delayed the work saying it will arrive today - tommaro
Again waiting for 4days we called back and we got the news that the igniter is arrived but we have to pay ₹400 again to the technistions but my question is why should we pay the 400 as we have not damaged that it was completely technistions mistake?
Then on 29th september they said the technistions will come but as usual he didn't come.. On the same day we contacted kaff customer care and we got some rubbish answer that u ll get call from us in 15min - half an hour.. Or u will get a call from our technistions. Till the present day we dint get any positive response from the customer care. I must say kaff is having the worst service with there customer Was this information helpful? |
